Beaudry Services de personnel et associés was founded in 2007 following the merger of seven human resource management companies operating in all industrial sectors, particularly road transportation. Together, these seven companies have many decades of experience in the field.

In 2007, TransForce acquired Location Pro-Jean inc., founded in 1978 by Jean Beaudry. This was immediately followed by the acquisition of Service de Personnel Riverain inc., founded in 1991, and Routiers experts (2000) inc.

That same year, other firms joined the group: Les consultants en personnel Logipro (1997) inc., founded by Richard Dufour, M.T.C. Employment Agency, founded by Chantal Talbot and André Carle in 1994, and Transit Du-Roy and Service de personnel Quorum inc., founded in 1998 by Sylvain Bemeur.

These specialists joined forces not only to offer unparalleled quality and reliability, but also to enable their vast clientele to have a single place for both personnel recruitment and placement and human resource management.
